Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using trailharness.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Site.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on TrailHarness's website for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and imagery. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors shown may vary slightly from actual products due to screen settings.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Product Use and Safety

Our products are designed for use with dogs under proper supervision. Users are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately. Always supervise your dog when wearing a harness and check for proper fit regularly.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province in which TrailHarness operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
